Horseshoe crabs like to do their ancient, annual nesting/mating at the highest tide at the full moon or new moon in late May, early June. Which around these parts was today, noon. So my sweetheart and I (and our 13-year-old and some friends) went out to view horseshoe crab romance at a shallow beach in Revere. The crabs are Very punctual. Spring!
