Just north of Laurel Street, along a dirt section of the “Bike to the Sea” Northern Strand Community Trail in Saugus, Massachusetts, is a garden that’s always in bloom. Located behind 47 Mt. Vernon St. (I believe), I think of it as the “Plastic Garden,” a profusion of artificial flowers.
