“Map of Monsters,” a concert of rock and roll by the bands Shepherdess, Planet of Adventure, Gondoliers, Xylorus White and DJ Ure Funeral, was presented at Cuisine En Locale in Somerville, Massachusetts, on Oct. 17, 2014. With weirdo sets, including parts of my Enchanted Forest, a giant pyramid by Alex Feinstein, and etceteras by Jef Czekaj. A whole host of other people helped out. And it was obsessively documented to be turned into an upcoming “Stop-Making-Sense”-esque concert film. Here are some of my offhand photos of this miraculous undertaking.
