Just north of Laurel Street, along a dirt section of the \u201cBike to the Sea\u201d Northern Strand Community Trail<\/a> in Saugus, Massachusetts, is a garden that\u2019s always in bloom. Located behind 47 Mt. Vernon St. (I believe), I think of it as the \u201cPlastic Garden,\u201d a profusion of artificial flowers.<\/p>\n
