Forty sculptures by French-American artist Niki de Saint Phalle are featured in “Niki in the Garden” at the Atlanta Botanical Garden<\/a> from May 9 to Sept. 6, 2026. A revival of a 2006 sculpture exhibit there, the sculptures \u2014 most on loan from the Niki Charitable Art Foundation and private collections \u2014 are being presented throughout the garden as well as indoors. De Saint Phalle (1930\u20132002) “became famous for her massive, colorful and playful sculptures addressing feminism, mythology, politics and personal trauma. … [She] was best known for her massive, playful sculptures, particularly her ‘Nanas’ \u2013 voluptuous works of women that celebrate femininity\u2014as well as colorful animals, mythical figures, totems and even sports heroes,” according to the garden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
